The Industrial Nurse will be responsible for delivering immediate medical care, managing workplace injuries, conducting health assessments, and supporting employee wellness and safety programs in compliance with occupational health standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the worksiteAssess, treat, and document workplace injuries and illnessesMonitor employees' health conditions and provide appropriate medical supportConduct health screenings, medical assessments, and fitness-to-work evaluationsAdminister medications, vaccinations, and basic treatments as per physician instructionsMaintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and patient documentationAssist in managing workplace emergencies and coordinate with ambulance services when requiredSupport occupational health and safety initiatives and promote workplace wellnessEducate employees on health awareness, hygiene, safety practices, and preventive careCollaborate with HSE teams and management to identify health risks and improve workplace safetyEnsure compliance with company policies, occupational health regulations, and healthcare standardsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualificationValid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseValid UAE healthcare license (DOH/DHA/MOH) preferredMinimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in industrial, occupational health, emergency, or clinic settingsExperience handling workplace injuries and emergency situationsBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferredStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a site-based environmentPreferred ExperienceExperience in industrial clinics, construction sites, manufacturing facilities, oil & gas, or remote site healthcareKnowledge of occupational health and workplace safety practicesSkillsEmergency response and first aid managementPatient assessment and triageMedical documentation and reportingEmployee health educationTeam collaboration and communication
