We help families convert their own frozen breast milk into shelf-stable powder for personal use, giving them convenience and flexibility. Every batch is processed individually and returned only to the mother it came from. Milk from different customers is never mixed. Each order follows strict handling, packaging, quality assurance and optional nutritional testing protocols.As an R&D-focused facility, we are committed to advancing breast milk preservation standards in the region and to reducing waste during major life transitions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position. You will oversee GMP-compliant manufacturing and cleanroom operations for breast milk preservation and powder production, and act as a key technical liaison with the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE).Responsibilities include: Supervising and documenting production activities in line with approved SOPs and GMP:Maintaining strict segregation and end-to-end traceability of every customer batchReviewing batch records, deviations and technical documentation, and supporting CAPA and change controlOverseeing environmental monitoring, hygiene, cleaning and sanitation controlsParticipating in batch review and release under MPM’s approved Quality Management SystemSupporting audits, regulatory inspections and process validationTraining and assessing production staff on GMP requirementsReviewing and improving SOPs and supporting R&D projectsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in PharmacyUAE pharmacist license, or eligibility to obtain it before regulatory appointmentMinimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP production, QA/QC or cleanroom operationsPractical GMP knowledge: batch documentation, deviation investigation, CAPA, change control and batch releaseAbility to supervise and train technical staffComfort taking part in regulatory assessments, inspections and technical interviewsStrong written and spoken EnglishPreferred: experience with EDE/MOHAP or GMP inspections; non-sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing; ISO-classified cleanroom environments; biological products; environmental monitoring and equipment qualification.
