With a robust distribution network boasting over 1000 touch points nationwide, the company has embraced modern retail practices by securing retail spaces in luxury malls, establishing exclusively branded stores for an unparalleled customer experience, and launching an E-commerce platform that attracts over 600,000 site visits per year.Job ObjectiveTo support effective employee and industrial relations by handling grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues, including preliminary investigations and follow-up.Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters.Maintain accurate and confidential records related to employee relations, investigations and disciplinary actions.Support compliance with labour laws, employment regulations and statutory requirements.Coordinate with internal departments and relevant external parties on industrial relations and employment-related matters.Assist with HR-related legal matters and provide required documentation and information.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Industrial Relations or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, HR or a similar role.Good knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations practices.Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally.Attorney-at-Law qualification or a professional qualification in HRM will be an added advantage.
