activities, workplace policies, dispute resolution, workforce engagement, and employment compliance.The successful candidate will work closely with HR, legal, operations, business leaders, employees, government authorities, and external stakeholders to maintain constructive workplace relationships and ensure compliance with applicable UAE employment requirements.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in industrial relations, employee relations, labor relations, HR management, workforce relations, dispute resolution, or employment compliance.🚀 What You'll DoDevelop and implement comprehensive industrial and employee-relations strategies aligned with organizational objectivesManage day-to-day employee and labor-relations matters across the organizationEstablish policies, procedures, and frameworks supporting positive workplace relationshipsProvide expert guidance to management on employment, workforce, disciplinary, grievance, and labor-relations mattersManage employee grievances, complaints, disputes, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigationsLead fair, consistent, and legally compliant dispute-resolution processesSupport managers in handling performance, conduct, attendance, workplace behavior, and employee-relations issuesDevelop effective employee communication and engagement strategiesMonitor workforce sentiment, employee concerns, and emerging workplace-relations issuesConduct employee-relations investigations and prepare appropriate documentation and recommendationsWork closely with legal counsel on complex employment disputes and sensitive employee mattersEnsure employment practices comply with applicable UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and company policiesMonitor changes in UAE employment legislation and assess their impact on HR policies and workforce practicesSupport employment audits, compliance reviews, inspections, and regulatory requirementsMaintain appropriate employee-relations records, case documentation, and confidential informationDevelop workforce policies covering grievances, disciplinary procedures, workplace conduct, attendance, employee rights, and other employment mattersAdvise leadership on workforce restructuring, organizational changes, employee consultations, and workforce-transition programsSupport collective workforce discussions and employee representation processes where applicableDevelop constructive relationships with employee representatives, workforce groups, and relevant external stakeholdersManage relationships with labor-relations consultants, employment lawyers, HR service providers, and other external partnersPartner with HR business partners, talent teams, payroll, compensation, health and safety, legal, compliance, and operationsAnalyze employee-relations data, case trends, absenteeism, turnover, grievances, disciplinary actions, and workforce risksDevelop employee-relations KPIs and dashboards for senior leadershipIdentify recurring workforce issues and implement preventive programsDevelop manager training programs covering employee relations, workplace conduct, conflict resolution, and employment policiesSupport employee wellbeing, inclusion, workplace culture, and engagement initiativesAssist with workforce planning and labor-cost optimization initiatives where appropriateDevelop crisis-response and workforce-continuity plans for significant employee-relations issuesPrepare executive reports, workforce-risk assessments, policy recommendations, and strategic presentationsLead and mentor employee-relations specialists and HR professionalsPromote a culture of fairness, respect, accountability, and constructive workplace dialogue✅ What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, Labor Relations, or a related field5–10+ years of experience in industrial relations, employee relations, labor relations, HR management, or employment complianceProven experience managing complex employee-relations and workforce issuesStrong knowledge of employment policies, disciplinary processes, grievance management, investigations, and dispute resolutionStrong understanding of UAE labor and employment regulationsExperience working with legal teams, senior management, employees, and external stakeholdersExcellent negotiation, mediation, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsStrong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to handle highly sensitive and confidential employee matters professionallyStrong understanding of the UAE workplace and workforce environment is highly desirable🌟 Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related disciplineProfessional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalentQualification or significant experience in employment and labor law is an advantageStrong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations, including relevant free-zone requirementsExperience working with large, diverse, or multinational workforcesExperience in manufacturing, construction, energy, aviation, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or other labor-intensive industriesExperience managing workforce relations across multiple locations or business unitsKnowledge of collective bargaining, employee representation, workforce consultation, or union relations where applicableExperience with HRIS, employee-relations case-management systems, workforce analytics, and HR reporting toolsPrevious experience working across the UAE and GCC is an advantageStrong experience managing high-volume employee-relations cases is
