The trainee will get hands-on experience across core finance functions including accounting, compliance, MIS reporting, budgeting, and audits.Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparation of financial statements and MIS reportsSupport statutory and tax compliance activitiesWork on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisHelp coordinate internal and external auditsParticipate in process improvement and automation initiativesEligibility Criteria:Passed both groups and currently pursuing final CAEligible for 1-year industrial training as per ICAI guidelinesStrong Excel and analytical skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plusGood communication and eagerness to learn
