CA Industrial TraineeJob Title: Industrial TraineeDepartment: Finance & AccountsMode: Work from office, 5 daysLocation: NIIT Limited Plot No. 85, Sector 32, Institutional Area, Gurugram 122001 Role OverviewThe Industrial CA Trainee will be responsible for supporting the finance, tax and compliance functions of the organization. The trainee will gain hands‑on experience in financial planning & analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance, within the organisation.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Accounting & ReportingAssist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Support in closing books of accounts (Month-end / Year-end).Ind AS knowledgePerform ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and variance analysis.Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation workings.2. Taxation & ComplianceAssist in GST return preparation, reconciliations (GSTR-2B, 3B vs. books), and audits.Support TDS and income‑tax related compliance – Tax Audit, Income Tax Return, TDS, Foreign payments etc.Prepare documentation for statutory audit, internal audit, and cost audit.3. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with operation team, treasury teamSupport automation and digitization initiatives in finance. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of accounting, IND-AS, GST, and basic tax concepts.Good analytical and numerical ability.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (optional), and ERP systems (SAP).Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.Ability to work under deadlines in a dynamic industrial environment.
