The company values long-term partnerships and a product mindset, turning ideas into software that grows with clients over time.Role Description The Industry 4.0 Transformation Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for guiding manufacturing and industrial clients through digital transformation initiatives. The consultant will assess current operations, identify opportunities for automation and data-driven optimization, and define roadmaps for implementing Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, cloud platforms, advanced analytics, and smart manufacturing solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting stakeholder workshops, analyzing processes and systems, collaborating with technical teams to design solution architectures, and preparing clear documentation and presentations for clients. The role also involves coordinating pilots and rollouts, monitoring performance against transformation goals, and continuously refining strategies to maximize efficiency, sustainability, and business value. The consultant will work closely with product, engineering, and client leadership to ensure solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives.Qualifications Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, including smart manufacturing, IoT in industrial settings, cyber-physical systems, and data-driven process optimization.Experience in process analysis and improvement in manufacturing or industrial environments, with the ability to map workflows and identify digitalization opportunities.Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud platforms, and integration approaches that connect shop-floor systems with business applications.Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated experience managing consulting engagements or transformation projects, including stakeholder alignment, planning, and progress tracking.Comfort working on-site with client teams, facilitating workshops, and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, or project management are a plus.Prior experience in a consulting, manufacturing, or technology role related to industrial automation or digital transformation is highly beneficial.
