Role- Industry Solutions SME for Financial Services & Payments (FSP)Business Unit: AI – Industry SolutionsLocation: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad Experience: 12-18 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Industry Solutions Subject Matter Expert (SME), experience: 12 to 18 years within the AI organization, responsible for shaping industry-defining point of views, developing solution blueprints, and driving go-to-market (GTM) readiness for key verticals. The role requires a strong blend of domain expertise and solution mindset, with the ability to connect business challenges to AI-driven outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild industry-defining point of views (POVs) and solution narratives for AI-led transformation.Lead the design of end-to-end solution blueprints that address specific business problems across the chosen vertical.Partner with technology, delivery, and sales teams to develop “mega-solution” frameworks that can be scaled across clients.Drive GTM initiatives, including asset creation, thought leadership content, and client presentations.Translate AI capabilities into industry language, addressing relevant workflows, personas, and system landscapes.Represent the organization as a thought leader through whitepapers, webinars, and industry forums.Industry FocusCandidates must have deep exposure to Financial Services & Payments (FSP) verticalRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of industry workflows, data ecosystems, and business personas.Proven experience in solutioning, pre-sales, or consulting within the AI / Analytics / Digital transformation space.Ability to define industry problem statements and translate them into actionable AI solutions.Demonstrated experience in creating GTM strategies and collaborating across product, engineering, and sales.Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
