Influencer Growth Specialist – Türkiye 🇹🇷📍 Location: Türkiye, preferably Istanbul💼 Employment Type: Full-time🗣 Languages: fluent Turkish + Professional EnglishAbout the Role:Zili App is looking for an experienced Influencer Growth Specialist to drive our growth in Türkiye by building partnerships with influencers, KOLs, talent agencies, creator guilds, and MCNs.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and build partnerships with Turkish influencers, KOLs, agencies, guilds, and MCNs.• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of creator and agency partners.• Recruit and onboard creators, livestream hosts, and agencies to Zili.• Plan and execute influencer-led user acquisition and growth campaigns.• Negotiate partnership models, including paid campaigns, commissions, referrals, and revenue sharing.• Manage partnerships from prospecting and negotiation through execution and performance tracking.• Monitor creator performance, campaign ROI, user acquisition, activation, and retention.• Stay updated on trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and livestreaming platforms.• Collaborate with Growth, Content, Operations, and Product teams to improve local growth.Requirements• Based in Türkiye with strong knowledge of the local creator/social media ecosystem.• Fluent Turkish and professional English.• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, MCN/guild BD, talent management, or creator operations.• Proven experience managing successful influencer/KOL campaigns with measurable results.• Existing network of Turkish influencers, talent agencies, livestreaming guilds, or MCNs.• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.• Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance, conversion, and ROI.• Strong understanding of livestreaming communities and creator trends.Preferred• Experience in livestreaming, social entertainment, gaming, or creator-economy platforms.• Experience with TikTok LIVE, BIGO LIVE, Kwai, MICO, Likee, Twitch, or YouTube.• Strong network of Turkish creators, talent managers, guilds, and MCN decision-makers.• Experience recruiting and managing livestream hosts or creator agencies.Success MetricsPerformance will be measured by:• New influencer, guild, and MCN partnerships.• Creator and livestream host recruitment & activation.• Active agency onboarding.• User acquisition and campaign ROI.• Creator activation, content output, and retention.• Revenue and business growth generated through partnerships.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a highly connected, commercially minded, and results-oriented professional who understands Türkiye’s creator ecosystem and can turn strong influencer relationships into measurable platform growth.Candidates should be ready to share successful campaign examples and measurable results during the interview process.
