Influencer Talent Manager

We work with international brands and creators across skincare, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment, focusing on meaningful partnerships and long-term growth.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Influencer Talent Manager to independently manage and grow a portfolio of content creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage creator relationships and oversee day-to-day talent operations.- Proactively pitch creators to brands and secure paid partnerships.- Negotiate rates, contracts, deliverables, and usage rights.- Manage collaborations from initial negotiations through campaign completion and payment.- Develop strategies to increase creator revenue and long-term brand partnerships.- Oversee and coordinate with talent assistants to ensure timely execution.- Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and consistent communication with leadership.Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management.- Proven track record of securing brand deals and managing creator portfolios.- Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability.- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.- Excellent written and spoken English.- Established network of brand contacts is a strong advantage.- Available full-time during EST/PST business hours.
