Infor FSM Functional Consultant

As an Infor FSM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Infor Financials & Supply Management solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design effective solutions, conduct workshops, perform testing, and support deployments. Your expertise in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes will be essential to our success.Key Responsibilities: Conduct business requirement workshops and analyze current processes Configure Infor FSM modules aligned with business needs Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support gap analysis Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support end-to-end FSM implementation, data migration, and integration testing Provide post-deployment support, including hypercare and support for cloud updatesFinance Modules Expertise: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Management / Fixed Assets Cash Management Budgeting & Cost Accounting Reconciliation & Financial Close ManagementSupply Management Modules Experience: Procurement & Requisition Management Purchase Orders & Receiving Inventory & Supplier Management Contract Management & Strategic SourcingQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT 5+ years ERP consulting experience 2+ years Infor FSM / Lawson experience Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Certifications & Experience: Infor FSM Certification Multiple end-to-end FSM implementations Experience with CloudSuite Financials & Supply Management Industry experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Distribution, Hospitality, or Financial ServicesTechnical Skills (Nice to Have): Infor OS, ION, IPA, Data Fabric, Landmark Technology API, XML, JSON integrations SQL reporting and data analysisKey Skills: Business Process Analysis Financial & Supply Chain Expertise ERP Implementation & Requirements Gathering User Training & Documentation Problem Solving & Stakeholder Management
