This role supports the implementation and monitoring of information protection policies and compliance procedures, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations and internal standards. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with compliance reviews, maintaining documentation, tracking regulatory requirements, and helping prepare reports for internal stakeholders. The assistant will collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams, respond to information requests, and support training or awareness initiatives related to data protection and compliance. The role also involves identifying potential risks, escalating issues as needed, and contributing to process improvements that strengthen overall compliance.Qualifications Strong foundation in Regulatory Compliance and Law, with the ability to understand and interpret relevant regulations and policies.Proficient Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to assess compliance risks, review data, and support reporting and audits.Effective Communication skills for clear written reports, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, information management, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with data protection principles, internal controls, and basic risk management practices is an advantage.Ability to work ethically, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements.Prior experience or internships in compliance, legal, or information security functions are beneficial.
