The culture promotes integrity, accountability, and professional development for individuals who are passionate about information protection.Role Description The Information Protection and Compliance Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of information security and compliance programs. The role involves coordinating compliance activities, monitoring adherence to relevant regulations and internal policies, and assisting in risk assessments and audits of information processes and systems. The coordinator will prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and evidence to demonstrate compliance, while working closely with internal teams to address findings and follow up on corrective actions. Day-to-day tasks include supporting training and awareness initiatives, responding to compliance-related inquiries, and helping to improve procedures and controls to protect sensitive information. The position requires collaboration with IT, legal, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent and effective approach to information protection.QualificationsDemonstrated understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Auditing practices, with the ability to support policy enforcement and control assessments.Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying trends, assessing risks, and evaluating the effectiveness of information protection measures.Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to prepare clear reports, explain compliance requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience in Training and awareness activities, including supporting or delivering sessions on information security, data protection, and compliance topics.Familiarity with information security standards or frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, data protection regulations) is beneficial.Ability to work methodically with attention to detail, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner.Proficiency with common office and documentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, document management systems).Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Security, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
