We value integrity, accountability, employee wellbeing, environmental responsibility, collaboration, and professional excellence.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive Health Safety Environment (HSE) Advisor to support workplace health and safety programs, environmental management initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance activities. The successful candidate will work with operational teams, management, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify hazards, strengthen safety procedures, improve environmental performance, and promote consistent HSE standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advice and practical guidance on health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and operational standards.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems and workplace safety programs.Conduct or coordinate risk assessments, hazard identification, job safety analysis, and environmental impact reviews.Monitor compliance with applicable HSE legislation, internal procedures, and relevant industry requirements.Assist with workplace inspections, safety observations, audits, and follow-up corrective actions.Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and environmental events, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures.Develop and maintain HSE documentation, risk registers, inspection records, incident reports, and compliance trackers.Coordinate safety inductions, toolbox talks, awareness campaigns, and training activities.Advise project managers, operational teams, and contractors on safe work practices and risk mitigation.Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, pollution prevention, resource efficiency, and environmental controls.Track HSE performance indicators, identify recurring issues, and prepare reports for management review.Support emergency preparedness planning, response procedures, and lessons-learned reviews.Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.Identify opportunities to improve safety culture, reduce operational risks, and strengthen environmental performance.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in health and safety, environmental management, HSE advisory, risk management, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.Good understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, workplace inspections, and HSE management systems.Familiarity with environmental compliance, safety documentation, corrective actions, and performance reporting.Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret procedures, identify operational risks, and provide practical recommendations.Experience coordinating with management, employees, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.Ability to support site-based teams remotely through documentation reviews, reporting, training coordination, and compliance follow-up.Professional certifications are not required unless specifically requested; relevant HSE qualifications are an advantage.Strong English communication skills.What We OfferFully remote, part-time work with flexible collaboration across international teams.Opportunity to contribute to workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and risk reduction initiatives.Exposure to HSE systems, compliance programs, operational risk management, and sustainability practices.Collaboration with project, engineering, operations, and management teams.Access to modern reporting, risk management, and digital collaboration tools.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunities for professional growth, expanded HSE expertise, and long-term career development.
