Information Security Department Manager

We are recruiting an Information Security Department Manager for a financial company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities

Lead the Information Security and Cybersecurity domain across the organizationDevelop and implement information security policies and strategiesLead work plans and strategic cybersecurity projectsTake responsibility for security solutions and cybersecurity event monitoringManage team leaders and professional cybersecurity teamsDevelop and strengthen the department’s professional capabilities

Requirements

10 years of experience in Information Security and Cybersecurity, including at least 5 years of experience managing groups or departments in complex organizationsExperience leading work plans and technology projects in the Cybersecurity fieldExperience managing teams of at least 20 employeesExperience managing large budgets, vendors, and outsourcingRelevant academic education; experience in the financial or banking sector – advantage
