Information Systems and Digital Project Manager | Northern IsraelMertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Information Systems and Digital Project Manager for an organization in Northern Israel.The role includes leading end-to-end Digital and Information Systems projects, from requirements analysis and planning through Production launch.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead end-to-end Digital and Information Systems projectsManage schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and interfacesWrite system specificationsPrepare and present presentationsManage SIT and UAT processesLead projects through Production launchWork with enterprise systems and technologies including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SQL/Oracle, SAP HR, Active Directory/Entra ID, and APIManage changes and improvementsAnalyze business needs and define initial requirementsUnderstand business processes, identify interfaces and permissions, and lead MVP processes

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and Project Management, including managing large and significant projectsExperience leading end-to-end Digital projectsExperience writing specifications, preparing and presenting presentations, managing schedules, budgets, risks, changes and improvements, SIT/UAT processes, and Production launchesRelevant technical experience in requirements analysis and implementation with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SQL/Oracle, SAP HR, Active Directory/Entra ID, and APIAbility to analyze business needs, define initial requirements, understand processes, identify interfaces and permissions, and lead MVP processesBasic SQL skills for queries and data validation
