The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with strategic leadership and can translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, and well-governed information solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop information systems and data-management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.Oversee business applications, enterprise systems, databases, integrations, and information platforms.Manage the collection, organization, storage, accessibility, and lifecycle of business data.Establish and maintain data governance, ownership, standards, policies, and quality frameworks.Partner with business leaders to identify technology, information, reporting, and process requirements.Lead initiatives to improve data accuracy, consistency, availability, security, and usability.Monitor system performance, availability, integrations, access controls, and operational reliability.Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and technology projects.Develop information-management procedures and ensure effective documentation and controls.Support data architecture, master-data management, metadata, and information-classification initiatives.Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, analytics, finance, operations, and other business functions.Manage technology vendors, consultants, software providers, and external service partners where required.Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure system and data-management performance.Identify opportunities to automate information processes and improve operational efficiency.Support data protection, privacy, access management, and relevant regulatory requirements.Prepare management reports, technology assessments, investment recommendations, and strategic updates.Requirements3+ years of professional experience in information systems, data management, IT management, business systems, or a related field preferred.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Data Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred.Strong understanding of enterprise information systems, databases, data governance, and business applications.Experience managing technology projects, system integrations, data initiatives, or enterprise platforms.Knowledge of data quality, master-data management, information lifecycle, and governance principles.Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, project-management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business recommendations.Experience working with cross-functional teams, technology vendors, and senior stakeholders.Familiarity with ERP, CRM, BI, cloud, database, reporting, and collaboration technologies.Strong understanding of information security, privacy, access controls, and data-management risks.Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.Professional certifications are not required unless specifically relevant to the role.What We OfferFlexible part-time work with a fully remote arrangement.Opportunity to shape information systems and data-management capabilities within a global organization.Exposure to enterprise technology, data strategy, governance, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.Access to modern information-management, cloud, analytics, and collaboration technologies.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Professional growth through strategic technology and information-management leadership.Collaborative international environment focused on innovation, data quality, security, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
