We are looking for a reliable and skilled IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, and ensure the company’s IT systems, networks, and equipment run smoothly.
Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary : 3500 - 4000 AEDKey ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain computers, networks, servers, printers, and other IT equipment.Provide technical support and troubleshooting to employees.Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.Maintain IT security, backups, and data protection procedures.Manage software licenses, IT assets, and equipment inventory.Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.Maintain IT documentation, records, and system configurations.Ensure IT systems are secure, updated, and functioning efficiently.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in IT administration or technical support.Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.Knowledge of IT security, backups, and user access management.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and support multiple users.UAE experience is an advantage.
