The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver reliable software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, test, and maintain software applications.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.Support application design, integration, testing, and implementation.Maintain technical documentation and ensure timely delivery.Provide ongoing application support and technical assistance.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT or related field + 5 years of IT experience, ORAssociate’s degree + 8 years of IT experience, ORHigh school diploma/GED + 12 years of IT experience.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC applications.Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize safety and quality.
