Information Technology Analyst II

We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst II to develop, maintain, and support software applications that improve organizational efficiency and business operations. This role combines application development, systems analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support.The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with solid technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, maintain, and support software applications.Design and implement program logic for new applications and modify existing applications as needed.Write, test, debug, document, implement, and maintain application code.Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.Perform systems analysis, application design, development, testing, integration, and implementation.Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely technical support.Test application components to ensure functionality, reliability, and compatibility with the existing environment.Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.Maintain clear technical documentation for applications and development processes.Identify opportunities to improve application performance, efficiency, and reliability.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Education & ExperienceCandidates must meet one of the following:High school diploma or GED plus a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, ORAssociate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of IT experience, ORBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field plus a minimum of 5 years of IT experience.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience with application development, software support, or systems analysis.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to analyze technical and business requirements and develop appropriate solutions.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and PC systems.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work within established timelines.
