Suited to someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of taking real accountability for outcomes.What you will be doing:Build relationships across the business and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technologyAct as senior escalation point for IT issues beyond standard support channelsSupport technology initiatives across the business, from small fixes to major cross-divisional projectsEnsure applications and solutions are delivered in line with group methodology, with proper governance and reportingProduce annual reporting on software licence usage, ensuring right-sized subscriptionsAct as business analyst on selected projects, ensuring solutions meet business needs and align with architecture, security and governance standardsEnsure application support is fit for purpose, with proper handover and clear support arrangements, whether in-house or third-partyOwn documentation, delivery oversight and periodic review of applications, new and existingWhat we are looking for:Experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Application Management or Technology ConsultingA track record of working closely with business stakeholders, not just technical teamsStrong Agile literacyVendor and third-party management experienceExcellent communication skillsComfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks with minimal oversightHighly Desirable: Wealth management or broader financial services background, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure DevOps.To find out more, apply below or contact Arc IT Recruitment directly.
