Information Technology Business Analyst

ESA Sampoerna Group is seeking for IT- Business Analyst.Acts as a bridge between business needs and technology by analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions. Responsible for defining user requirements and process flows, while collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES:Requirements Gathering : translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specification and user stories for technical teams.Process Optimization : map out current operational processes (As Is) and design optimized future-state workflows (To-Be) to remove bottlenecks.Data Analysis: analyze complex data sets to support strategic decision-making and measure the success of launched projects.Stakeholder Management: facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and maintain alignment between departments heads, product owners and IT developers.Testing & Validation : lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new feature and IT System meet the defined business requirements prior to deployment.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economy or FinanceMinimum of 5 years of solid experience in a similar roleFamiliarity with process modeling (e.g., Visio, Draw.io), agile project software (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), and data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile or ScrumExcellent in Ms. OfficeWilling to be placed in Head Office - Surabaya
