Information Technology Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in financial systems and a proven track record of delivering implementation projects. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that financial platforms are implemented, integrated, and optimized.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for financial system implementation projects.Partner with stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and process improvements.Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.Support end-to-end implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, UAT, training, and go-live.Perform gap analysis, data mapping, and integration validation for financial applications.Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and status reporting to stakeholders.Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.Qualifications & Requirements6+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on financial systems.Strong experience in implementation projects (full lifecycle: discovery through post-go-live support).Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum, or similar).Hands-on experience with analysis tools such as SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and data visualization toolsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
