Information Technology Desktop Support

We are looking for an IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our team (Saudi National ONLY)In this role, you will provide first and second-level technical support to end users, ensuring smooth and secure IT operations across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheralsInstall and maintain Windows/macOS and business applicationsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesManage user accounts and access (Active Directory / Office 365)Handle onboarding and offboarding of user devicesResolve helpdesk tickets within SLAsPerform system updates, patches, and antivirus maintenanceSupport VPN and remote accessMaintain IT asset records and documentationCoordinate with vendors for repairs and warrantiesRequirements:Degree OR Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field2–8 Years of desktop or IT support experienceStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience with ticketing systemsGood hardware troubleshooting skillsBasic understanding of cybersecurityStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred:Active Directory administrationEnterprise environment experienceITIL knowledgeExposure to Microsoft 365 / AzureType: Full-time📩 To apply:https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScZghNxp1BEYCU-tjQTAI-QRLRkieu1_Kq4YvaqmZXd1oOwvg/viewform
