Information Technology Development Manager

Role responsibilities Own end‑to‑end software delivery across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, scope, quality, timelines, and technical execution.Act as the primary liaison between business functions and technical teams, translating business needs into validated development requirements.Responsible for leading and managing people, ensuring the team’s productivity, performance, continuous skill enhancement, and progress of the team’s requirements.Lead and enable distributed scrum teams, focusing on priorities, dependencies, and delivery transparency rather than daily execution.Facilitate organizational and technical change, enabling effective stakeholder conversations and smooth adoption of new solutions.Manage and govern requirements across development cycles, ensuring business validation before and after delivery.Act as the technical escalation point, resolving critical delivery, quality, or capability issues without day‑to‑day operational involvement.Identify process breakdowns, delivery inefficiencies, and skill gaps, driving continuous improvement actions.Operate with a service leadership mindset, ensuring delivery outcomes generate measurable business value.ProfilBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fieldMaster’s degree in Technology or Business disciplines (Desirable)Strong knowledge of IT delivery best practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, ITIL)+5 years of experience related to software development3 years of experience coordinating scrum teams, project teams, or managing IT projectExperience working in a global, distributed, and multicultural environmentProven experience in people management, performance evaluation, and skills optimization.
