métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring an 𝐈𝐓 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for one of our leading clients in the UAE.We are looking for an experienced technology professional to lead software development, application architecture, IT governance, and technology initiatives while ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient systems.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:Lead and oversee software development and application initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.Manage application architecture, technology standards, and development frameworks.Oversee IT governance, risk management, controls, and technology compliance requirements.Identify and address application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology risks and vulnerabilities.Support IT audits, ITGC reviews, regulatory requirements, and implementation of appropriate controls.Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Drive improvements in system performance, security, automation, and overall technology efficiency.Collaborate with senior management and business stakeholders to understand technology requirements and deliver effective solutions.Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring quality development practices, documentation, testing, and code standards.Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/ML and other digital solutions, where relevant to business needs.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.8–14 years of experience across IT, software development, technology management, or related areas.Strong experience in software development, system architecture, IT governance, and technology risk.Knowledge of ITGC, cybersecurity, information security, and ISO standards.Experience supporting IT audits, compliance, risk assessments, and control frameworks.Strong understanding of application architecture, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
