Information Technology Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the organization's technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, service delivery, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure that IT operations are secure, resilient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives while driving innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional user experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles.Strong background in IT operations, cybersecurity, governance, infrastructure, and project delivery.Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.Key Responsibilities:Lead IT strategy, governance, and technology roadmap execution.Oversee infrastructure, networks support and cloud servicesManage cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, and data protection programs.Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, and operational resilience.Drive IT service excellence, user satisfaction, and SLA performance.Manage technology projects, budgets, vendors, and cost optimization initiatives.Ensure successful technology deployment and readiness for new business locations.
