Information Technology Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT and OT systems, networks, servers, and cybersecurity solutions, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and corporate standards.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESPlan, install, configure, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure, servers, enterprise systems, and networks.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues while minimizing operational downtime.Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), user accounts, and privileged access.Administer VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.Implement and maintain network security, including firewalls, VLANs, Layer 2/Layer 3 switching, DMZ, and secure IT/OT network segmentation.Support OT environments, including DCS, PLC engineering workstations, Historian Servers, condition monitoring systems, and OEM remote monitoring platforms.Perform vulnerability assessments, patch management, penetration testing, and cybersecurity monitoring in accordance with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NERC CIP, and corporate security standards.Maintain CMMS integrations (IBM Maximo, SAP PM, or equivalent) and electronic Permit to Work (ePTW) systems.Manage software licensing, IT asset lifecycle, system documentation, and network diagrams.Ensure disaster recovery readiness, business continuity, and high availability of critical systems.Provide end-user technical support, IT security awareness, and user training.Ensure all IT/OT activities comply with plant safety, quality, environmental, and operational procedures.
