Industry360˚ uses a smart subscription model to offer pre-configured, sector-focused solutions without heavy upfront investment, making advanced industrial technology accessible and scalable for growing factories.Role Description The Information Technology Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure that underpins Industry360˚’s Industrial Intelligence Platform. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and managing networks and systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity between IT and OT environments. The role will involve providing technical support to internal teams and clients, implementing best practices for network security, and assisting with system upgrades, configurations, and performance optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure stable and secure technology operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Technical Support skills, including experience with hardware, software, and system administration.Candidates should possess solid Networking skills, including configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and network services.Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including implementing security policies, monitoring threats, and managing firewalls and access controls.Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical and connectivity issues.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with industrial environments, IT/OT integration, or IIoT technologies is an advantage.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site setting.Proficiency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
