Apply & track with Apply EdgeJOB DESCRIPTION Position: IT ExecutiveEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: AED 3,000 – AED 3,250 per monthExperience: 1–2 yearsLocation: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Medical Fitness / Healthcare Candidates with relevant home-country experience are welcome to applyABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a motivated and technically capable IT Executive to join our Medical Fitness Center. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems across the center.Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred. Home-country experience will also be considered.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide first-level IT support to staff and resolve day-to-day hardware and software issues.• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft Office, email, printers, scanners, and other commonly used applications.• Provide technical support for biometric attendance systems and assist with employee attendance-related technical issues.• Support medical center systems, including LIS/HIS and other healthcare-related applications, in coordination with relevant vendors and support teams.• Maintain and update IT assets, equipment records, software licenses, and user access records.• Create and manage user accounts, system access, passwords, and basic security settings.• Ensure regular backup of important data and assist in maintaining data security and confidentiality.• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for repairs, installations, maintenance, and technical support.• Monitor IT equipment and identify potential technical issues before they affect daily operations.• Provide technical assistance during system upgrades, software installations, and new equipment setup.• Maintain proper documentation of IT incidents, troubleshooting activities, and equipment maintenance.• Ensure IT systems are functioning properly across reception, laboratory, radiology, medical examination, and administrative areas.• Follow healthcare data confidentiality, cybersecurity, and internal IT policies.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.• 1–2 years of IT support or IT administration experience.• Home-country experience will be considered.• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, hardware, printers, and basic networking.• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and troubleshooting.• Experience with biometric attendance systems will be an advantage.• Experience in a healthcare or medical environment will be an added advantage.• Good communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.• Willingness to work in a fast-paced medical fitness center environment.DESIRED SKILLS• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting• Network & Wi-Fi Support• Printer & Scanner Configuration• Biometric Attendance Systems• IT Asset Management• User Account & Access Management• Basic Cybersecurity Awareness• Microsoft Office Support• Healthcare IT Systems Support• Vendor Coordination• Technical DocumentationWHAT WE OFFER• Full-time employment• Professional work environment• Opportunity to gain experience in the healthcare/medical fitness sector
