Information Technology Executive (UAE National)

We're looking for an Emirati IT Executive who will play a key role in ensuring our employees have reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems to support their work.What You'll Do• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve IT issues efficiently.• Maintain and support end-user devices, systems, and workplace technology.• Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of IT services.• Support cybersecurity initiatives, software updates, and patching activities.• Maintain accurate IT asset records and coordinate with vendors when required.• Contribute to IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll Bring• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.• 2-3 years work experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles.• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, servers, and endpoint support.• Understanding of networking, IT security, patch management, and IT asset management.• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.If you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys working with technology and supporting others, we'd love to hear from you.
