Headquartered in Riyadh, the organization plays a strategic role in supporting economic development initiatives and driving long-term impact across key sectors.If you are looking for a meaningful career with an organization committed to sustainability, innovation, and industry excellence, this is your opportunity to be part of something impactful.Apply now and be part of a future-focused organization shaping tomorrow’s success.Job Purpose:We are seeking an experienced and hands-on ICT Exprt to lead and support the organization’s IT applications, infrastructure, systems, and day-to-day technology operations.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with team leadership capabilities and has practical experience across enterprise applications, infrastructure, systems administration, databases, networks, information security, backup and disaster recovery, and IT support.Key Accountabilities:Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, business applications, and end-user support, ensuring reliable and secure technology services.Manage and continuously enhance IT infrastructure, focusing on availability, performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery.Support and administer ERP and enterprise/business applications, including system enhancements, integrations, workflows, and user requirements.Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, virtual machines, Hyper-V, IIS, SQL Server, and related infrastructure technologies.Oversee database administration, including performance, availability, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.Manage network and security infrastructure, including firewalls, access points, connectivity, and infrastructure security controls.Manage cloud and collaboration environments, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Lead backup and recovery activities using technologies such as Veeam and related enterprise backup solutions.Support the development, implementation, integration, and enhancement of internal business applications.Manage IT assets, technical documentation, policies, procedures, standards, and knowledge repositories.Lead and organize IT team activities, assign responsibilities, develop team capabilities, and ensure effective technical support.Coordinate with business leaders and other stakeholders to understand technology requirements and translate them into practical IT solutions.Key Skills & CompetenciesIT Infrastructure & Operations ManagementERP & Enterprise ApplicationsSystems & Network AdministrationMicrosoft Azure & Microsoft 365Windows Server / Active Directory / IISSQL Server & Database AdministrationHyper-V & Virtual MachinesBackup & Disaster RecoveryVeeam BackupFirewall & Network SecurityIBM Maximo AdministrationApplication Development & Systems IntegrationC# / .NET / ASP.NETPower BIMinimum Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.Minimum 8 years of experience in similar position.
