Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

We are partnering with a respected Metro Detroit organization seeking a hands-on Manager, IT Infrastructure to lead and support their enterprise technology environment.This role is responsible for the design, security, and reliability of core infrastructure, including enterprise networking, cybersecurity, high-availability compute and storage, and virtualization. You will serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents while mentoring Level 2/3 engineers and driving infrastructure modernization initiatives.Key Experience:• Enterprise networking (routing, switching, VLANs)• Firewall & security platforms (Palo Alto preferred)• Microsoft Storage Spaces Direct (S2D)• Windows Failover Clustering• SQL Server High Availability• 7–10 years enterprise infrastructure experience• Prior technical lead or supervisory experience (nice to have)This is a visible, hands-on leadership opportunity with executive partnership and long-term ownership of infrastructure operations.
