Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Manager – IT Infrastructure is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, applications, and support services. In the real estate industry, this role ensures that property management systems, ERP, CRM, leasing and facility management platforms, and digital solutions are effectively implemented and maintained to support business operations. The position focuses on delivering reliable IT services, safeguarding data, enabling digital transformation, and improving customer and tenant experiences through innovative technology solutions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:IT Strategy & PlanningSupport the Head of IT in developing and executing IT strategy aligned with the company’s real estate business goals.Identify technology opportunities to improve leasing, sales, facilities, and customer engagement.Plan IT projects including system upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiativesIT Infrastructure & OperationsManage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, storage, cloud solutions, and end-user devices.Oversee daily IT operations to ensure system uptime and business continuity.Supervise helpdesk services to provide efficient IT support across all departments.Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are tested and effective.Applications & Systems ManagementOversee implementation, customization, and support of ERP, CRM, property management systems (PMS), and facility management software.Ensure seamless integration of systems to support leasing, tenant management, billing, collections, and facility services.Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.Cybersecurity & Data ProtectionDevelop and enforce IT security policies, access controls, and compliance with UAE data protection laws.Oversee regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk management practices.Ensure timely deployment of security updates and patches.Vendor & Project ManagementManage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).Evaluate and negotiate IT procurements including hardware, software, and licenses.Lead IT-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop IT staff including engineers, assistants, and support personnel.Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with departmental goals.Encourage continuous learning, certifications, and skill development in the IT team.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain IT documentation including systems architecture, policies, and processes.Prepare regular reports on IT performance, uptime, incidents, and project status.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on IT trends and business impactSKILLS REQUIREDEducational Qualification & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).Work Experience:7–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Experience in real estate, property management, or facilities management is highly desirable.Skills required:Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, ERP/CRM systems, PMS, and facility management applications.Proficiency in networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and cybersecurity best practices.Project management experience (PMP/Prince2 certification preferred).Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
