Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Executive for a leading Book Publisher.Job Profile:Take independent responsibility for the company’s IT infrastructure.Support day-to-day users while also handling system administration, networking, backups and infrastructure.Personally attend and close technical calls—set up computers, install software, configure Outlook, troubleshoot printers/laptops, resolve network issues and support users.IT Support / System Administration / Network AdministrationWindows Server, Active Directory, domain users, permissions and shared folders.Microsoft 365 / Outlook administration and user onboarding/offboarding.LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, IP/DHCP/DNS and basic firewall troubleshooting.Backup monitoring, checking failures/logs and practical data restoration experience.Desktop/laptop setup and troubleshooting, Windows/software installation, printers/scanners and basic hardware replacement.IT asset management, licenses, warranties/AMC and vendor coordination.Ability to troubleshoot independently before escalating to a vendor.IT Infrastructure Executive Requirements:Any Graduate with a specialised IT Certification / Degree4–7 years of hands-on IT Support / System Administration / Network Administration experienceHands-on, practical and comfortable doing ground-level IT work.Calm with demanding users; service-oriented and confident without being rigid.Takes ownership of an issue through closure and follows up proactively.Good documentation habits and willingness to learn.Interested in growing into broader System Administrator / IT Infrastructure responsibility.
