OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT to join our team in Hamriyah Free Zone Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless network operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end-users. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and cybersecurity standards.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and monitor all installed infrastructure.Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components.Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role (internship inclusive).Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware and software.Knowledge of coding for website design and upkeep.Experience with firewalls and antivirus programs.Solid understanding of data backup, recovery and security protocols.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Fluent in English.PREFFERED CERTIFICATIONS:Comp TIA A+/ Network+ / Security+Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / MCSACisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
