Information Technology Lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Leader with 4-7+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, sales solution and business technology operations.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Network and security management, cloud technologies, and SalesBuzz Van Sales solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily IT operations, infrastructure, servers, networks, and connectivity troubleshooting and security.Fix hardware and software issues related to employees’ daily operations.Support and maintain ERP and business applications.Handle SalesBuzz Van Sales application support and integrations, handheld devices, mobile printers, synchronization issues, and salesman daily support.Manage IT projects, ISP contracts, renewals, vendor communication.Ensure cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.Coordinate with business and sales teams for operational improvements.Provide technical leadership and user support across departments.Requirements5+ years of IT lead experience.Experience with SalesBuzz / Van Sales solutions is preferred.Beverage or Manufacturing Industry – added advantageStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle etcGood leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
