The company emphasizes providing end-to-end solutions that help customers achieve their operational and business objectives.Role Description The Information Technology Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for overseeing and supporting APC OFS’s IT infrastructure and services. This role includes managing network operations, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across company locations. The Information Technology Lead will monitor system performance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and implement best practices for cybersecurity and data protection. Daily activities involve coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, providing user support and training, and documenting IT procedures and configurations. The role also includes planning and executing IT projects, supporting business applications, and contributing to continuous improvement of technology solutions that enable operational excellence in oilfield services and managing overall Cyber Security requirements. QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Information Technology and Network Administration skills to manage infrastructure, systems, and connectivity.Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Customer Service skills to resolve technical issues and support users effectively.Candidates should possess robust Network Security skills to protect systems, data, and communications in line with industry best practices.Candidates should ideally have experience with enterprise IT environments, including Windows systems, cloud or virtualization platforms, and backup/restore solutions.Candidates should have strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.Candidates should have strong experience in Cyber Security Requirements.A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and prior experience in industrial or Oil & Gas environments, are beneficial.
