Job SummaryThe IT Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization's IT infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, network, security, unified communications, and end-user computing services. The role ensures the availability, performance, security, and scalability of all IT systems while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.The IT Manager will oversee day-to-day IT operations, lead technical teams, manage vendors and IT projects, establish operational standards, and ensure the delivery of reliable and secure IT services across all company locations. Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations & LeadershipLead and manage the IT Infrastructure and Support teams.Define IT operational policies, procedures, and standards.Ensure high availability of all business-critical IT services.Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.Develop IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives.Monitor IT KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance.Manage IT documentation and technical standards.Lead IT projects from planning through implementation.Mentor, coach, and evaluate IT team members.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders. Microsoft TechnologiesManage and maintain Microsoft enterprise solutions, including:Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy Management, DNS & DHCP, Microsoft Exchange Server / Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Windows Server Administration, File & Print Services, DFS & Storage Management, Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, PowerShell Automation Infrastructure ManagementDesign, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure.Manage virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V).Manage storage solutions and SAN/NAS environments.Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.Monitor system health, capacity, and performance.Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.Perform infrastructure capacity planning.Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives. Network ManagementManage enterprise networking environments including:Core and Access Switching, VLAN implementation, Routing, Network segmentationWAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPN Technologies, Network redundancy, High Availability, Network monitoring and troubleshooting.  Wireless Infrastructure (WiFi)Design and maintain enterprise wireless networks.Configure wireless controllers and access points.Optimize wireless coverage and performance.Implement guest WiFi solutions.Secure wireless environments using enterprise authentication. VoIP & Unified CommunicationsManage enterprise voice solutions including:IP PBX Systems, SIP Trunks, VoIP Gateways, IP Phones, Softphones, Video Conferencing Solutions, Call Routing, QoS, Voice Network Troubleshooting Passive InfrastructureManage and supervise passive network infrastructure including:Structured Cabling, Fiber Optic Cabling, Copper Cabling, Patch Panels, Data Cabinets, Rack Installation, Cable Management, Data Center Layout, Labeling Standards, Network Documentation Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure installations comply with industry standards and project requirements. Firewall & SecurityManage enterprise security solutions including:Next-Generation Firewalls, VPN Solutions, IPS/IDS, Web Filtering, Email Security, Endpoint Protection, Network Access Control, Multi-Factor Authentication, Security Policies, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, Patch Management, Security Incident ResponseExperience with one or more of the following is preferred:Sophos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Check Point. Monitoring & AutomationImplement proactive infrastructure monitoring.Manage monitoring platforms such as Zabbix, PRTG, Grafana, SolarWinds, or similar.Develop automated operational reports and dashboards.Automate repetitive administrative tasks using PowerShell or scripting. Vendor & Asset ManagementManage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.Negotiate contracts and service agreements.Manage software licensing compliance.Maintain IT asset inventory.Manage procurement of IT hardware and software.Disaster Recovery & Business ContinuityDevelop and maintain Disaster Recovery plans.Define Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).Conduct backup validation and recovery testing.Ensure business continuity requirements are met. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Systems Administration.Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing IT teams.Strong experience managing enterprise IT environments.
