We’re Hiring | IT Manager — Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaType: Full-Time | On-siteABOUT THE ROLELead and oversee the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and business systems while ensuring maximum system availability, seamless integration between business platforms, and secure, reliable technology that supports day-to-day operations across multiple branches.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1.Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum system uptime and reliability2.Provide technical leadership and support for POS (Point of Sale) systems across all branches3.Develop, enhance, and maintain network infrastructure and enterprise IT systems4.Lead the IT team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues efficiently5.Plan and deliver IT projects while ensuring deadlines and business objectives are achieved6.Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices to protect company systems and data7.Manage, maintain, and optimize ERP and POS systems, ensuring seamless integration between business applications and operational processes8.Support the integration of POS, ERP, inventory, and other business systems to improve operational efficiency9.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements10.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutionsREQUIREMENTS1.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field2.Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Information Technology, preferably within a multi-branch environment3.Strong hands-on experience with ERP, POS, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure4.Practical knowledge of POS operations and integration with inventory and daily business processes5.Proven experience integrating ERP, POS, and other business systems6.Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, backup strategies, and IT best practices7.Strong leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills8.Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
