Apply & track with Apply EdgeJOB PURPOSE:The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of the organization's information technology operations. This role serves as the central point of leadership across four critical pillars: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Technical Support, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. The IT Manager ensures that all technology systems are aligned with business objectives, reliably maintained, and protected against evolving threats — enabling seamless operations across the organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. ERP – Enterprise Resource PlanningManage, configure, and continuously optimize ERP systems to support business processes across departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.)Lead ERP upgrades, patches, and module rollouts in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholdersDevelop and enforce data governance standards and ERP usage policiesProvide training and documentation to end-users and department administratorsMonitor system performance, troubleshoot ERP-related issues, and coordinate vendor supportEvaluate and recommend new ERP modules or integrations to meet evolving business needs2. Technical Support – IT Operations & End-User SupportOversee the IT helpdesk function, ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issuesDefine and enforce SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for all support tiersManage and mentor the IT support team, including scheduling, performance reviews, and professional developmentMaintain asset inventory, procurement processes, and lifecycle management of IT equipmentImplement and maintain IT service management (ITSM) practices and ticketing systemsEnsure business continuity through proactive maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery planning3. Cloud Infrastructure – Architecture, Reliability & ScalabilityDesign, deploy, and manage cloud environments to support business applications and data workloadsOversee cloud cost management, resource optimization, and capacity planningEnsure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery capabilities across cloud servicesLead cloud migration initiatives for on-premise systems where applicableEstablish infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices and automate provisioning workflowsMonitor cloud performance, uptime, and SLA compliance using observability toolsCollaborate with development teams to support DevOps and CI/CD pipeline requirements4. Cybersecurity – Security Strategy & Asset ProtectionDevelop and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and frameworksOversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits on a regular basisManage identity and access management (IAM), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and zero-trust security principlesMonitor security events and manage incident response procedures, including investigation and remediationEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NCA)Conduct security awareness training programs for all staffEvaluate, procure, and manage security tools including firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, and DLP solutionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - Master's degree or MBA is a plusMinimum 7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership roleExperience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problemsHands-on experience managing ERP systems ( Microsoft Dynamics)Proven track record in managing cloud infrastructure across major platformsDemonstrated experience leading cybersecurity initiatives and responding to security incidentsExperience managing IT helpdesk teams and end-user support operationsStrong technical problem solving and communication skills
