The company focuses on high service standards, strong partnerships, and continuous improvement in customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, end-user devices, and enterprise systems.Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery.Lead the IT team, assign responsibilities, and drive performance and professional development.Ensure IT service continuity and effective resolution of technical issues.Manage technology vendors, contracts, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Prepare and manage the IT budget while monitoring costs.Evaluate new technologies and lead digital transformation initiatives.Establish IT policies, procedures, and technology standards.Manage software licenses, hardware, and IT assets.Ensure compliance with applicable information security and data protection regulations and standards.Provide regular reports to senior management on IT performance, risks, and projects.Advise senior management on technology strategy and digital transformation decisions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.7+ years of experience in IT management, including supervisory or managerial experience.Strong knowledge of network and systems administration, databases, and cybersecurity.Experience managing projects, budgets, and technology vendors.Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.Professional IT certifications are preferred.
