IT Manager – Job Requirements Experience8–10+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory roleMandatory: Minimum 2–3 years hands-on experience administering Odoo ERP/CRM — module configuration, user/role management, workflow customization, and system maintenance (candidates without Odoo experience will not be considered)Prior experience in a systems integration, ICT/ELV, or low-current systems company is a strong advantageExperience managing IT for multi-project, multi-site environments (KSA market experience preferred)Technical SkillsOdoo ERP/CRM administration (Required): user management, module setup and customization, workflow automation, third-party integrations, database backups, and troubleshootingStrong knowledge of network infrastructure design, administration, and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, switching, routing preferred)Server administration (Windows Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, virtualization — VMware/Hyper-V)Cloud platforms exposure (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure)Cybersecurity fundamentals: firewalls, endpoint protection, data backup/DR planningUnderstanding of structured cabling, CCTV/VMS, access control systemsDatabase management basics (SQL) — beneficial for Odoo backend troubleshootingIP telephony and unified communications systemsManagerial & Soft SkillsAbility to manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurementStrong leadership skills to manage IT support teamExcellent problem-solving and incident response capabilitiesStrong communication skills — able to liaise with technical teams, management, and clientsEducation & CertificationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldRelevant certifications preferred: PMP, ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified (MCSA/MCSE), CompTIA Security+Language & LocationFluent in English & ArabicMust be based in or willing to relocate to Al-Khobar, Saudi ArabiaSaudi nationals or transferable iqama preferred OtherValid Saudi driving license preferredWillingness to travel to project sites within KSA as needed
