Information Technology Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee IT operations within our fintech and payment services environment. The role is responsible for IT infrastructure, systems, service delivery, security, vendors, projects, and technology governance, ensuring that IT services support business growth while meeting applicable regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, networks, applications, and IT support.Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of critical IT systems and services.Lead IT projects, digital transformation, and technology initiatives aligned with business objectives.Manage IT vendors, contracts, SLAs, and service providers.Oversee IT budgets, cost optimization, and resource planning.Ensure alignment with information security, IT governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements applicable to a fintech environment.Support IT audits, risk management, incident management, and business continuity.Lead and develop the IT team, including performance and resource management.Work closely with senior management and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.Monitor system availability, incidents, MTTR, SLAs, KPIs, and overall IT service performance.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.8–12 years of progressive experience in IT operations, IT service management, or technology leadership.Experience managing IT teams, budgets, vendors, projects, and service providers.Strong knowledge of ITIL, IT governance, information security, risk, and compliance.Experience in a fintech, financial services, payments, banking, or other regulated environment is highly desirable.Working knowledge of AWS/Azure, SaaS, enterprise applications, and IT security.Experience with business continuity, incident management, and technology risk.ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ISO 27001, or similar certifications are an advantage.
