Location: SharjahExperience: 8–12 YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and IT operations across multiple group entities.

The role will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT services while supporting digital transformation and business objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints, and service desk operations across multiple entities.2. Oversee Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery.3. Lead cybersecurity initiatives including security controls, vulnerability management, access management, and incident response.4. Develop and maintain IT policies, governance frameworks, risk controls, and ISO 27001 compliance.5. Manage IT vendors, contracts, licensing, procurement, SLAs, and third-party service providers.6. Prepare and manage IT budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize cloud and software expenses.7. Lead and develop the IT team while ensuring effective service delivery and support.8. Support AI, automation, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.9. Ensure IT systems meet business continuity, security, compliance, and performance requirements.Requirements1. 8–12 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in an IT Manager/leadership role.2. Strong experience in IT infrastructure, Azure, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity.3. Good knowledge of ISO 27001, IT governance, risk management, and compliance.4. Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and IT service delivery.5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.6. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.7. ITIL, ISO 27001, CISSP/CISM, or Microsoft certifications would be an advantage.
