About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead and oversee the technology strategy and daily IT operations across Retail and Hospitality. This is a key leadership role that will drive digital transformation, enhance cybersecurity, and manage IT infrastructure to support our growth across multiple brands. You will also be responsible for building and developing a high-performing IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the IT function across all brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Develop and execute IT strategies that support digital transformation, operational efficiency, and business scalability.Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions and cybersecurity frameworks.Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and other core business systems.Drive innovation by integrating AI-driven technologies and advanced data analytics to improve decision-making.Lead IT projects, vendor management, and system upgrades, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Build, mentor, and manage a skilled IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing insights on technology trends and opportunities.

Requirements

10+ years of proven IT leadership experience, in the retail or hospitality sectors.Extensive hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, cloud solutions, AI technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to IT challenges.Effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
