The company holds Saudi quality certification, ISO9002, SGS administrative quality certification, and is a member of the International Bottled Water Association (IBWA).Role Description The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role oversees the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations that support production, logistics, and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include managing network and server environments, supervising IT support and helpdesk activities, and coordinating maintenance, upgrades, and system integrations. The manager will develop and implement IT policies, cybersecurity measures, backup and disaster recovery plans, and ensure compliance with relevant standards. The role also involves leading IT projects, managing vendors, optimizing systems for business needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational improvement and scalability.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and hardware maintenance.Candidates should possess skills in systems administration and application support, such as ERP systems, production systems, and database management.Candidates should possess skills in cybersecurity, data protection, access control, and backup and disaster recovery planning.Candidates should possess skills in IT project management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and resource planning.Candidates should possess skills in user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and training for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, security certifications) are an advantage.Relevant experience in managing IT environments within manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial settings is highly beneficial.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the
