Who We Are!Founded in 2014, ahb (Arabian Housing & Building Contracting Company) began as a small architect-led team with a bold vision: bridging imagination and reality.Today, ahb has evolved into an architect-led design-build practice delivering complex projects across architecture, engineering, construction, fabrication, and bespoke development unified by one vision: we imagine the future and build it.About the RoleWe are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and software applications, ensuring reliable IT operations, effective technical support, and efficient management of IT assets and software licenses, particularly engineering and design tools.Key ResponsibiliManage IT infrastructure, equipment, systems, and provide technical support to employees.Manage software applications, licenses, subscriptions, renewals, and vendor relationships.Administer engineering software, particularly Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD, and ACC).Maintain IT asset and software license inventories and manage user access and permissions.Ensure system security, data protection, and network reliability.Coordinate with technical teams to address software requirements and technical issues.RequirementsSaudi.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of relevant IT experience.Experience managing software licenses, subscriptions, and IT vendors.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Autodesk applications.Previous experience in an engineering, architecture, or design-build company is highly preferred.Good communication and problem-solving skills in Arabic and English.Our ValuesAccountability – We own our work and deliver with integrity.Collaboration – We work as one team.Simplicity – We value clarity and direct communication.Resourcefulness – We solve problems efficiently.Ingenuity – We refine and elevate outcomes.Curiosity – We seek deeper understanding to create impact.
