Information Technology Process Consultant

The position is for a Functional Consultant working on a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the Oil & Gas / Energy Trading domain. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, where you'll report directly to the Director – Consulting.Experience 4-8 yrsWhat the client is looking forThe client is specifically looking for professionals who have:Strong Oil & Gas or Energy Trading domain experience.Hands-on experience in concepts like Upstream/ downstream, etcExperience as a Functional Consultant or Business ConsultantGood understanding of the Energy Trading lifecycle and business processesExperience working with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into functional solutionsExposure to business process improvement and digital transformation initiativesExcellent stakeholder communication skillsThey are not looking for candidates who have only implemented products like Endur, Allegro, Eka, SAP, etc. They are looking for consultants who understand the underlying Oil & Gas and Energy Trading business processes, not just the software.
