Team members work in an environment that values technical excellence, practical problem-solving, and long-term client partnerships.Role Description The Information Technology Project Coordinator is a permanent role, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows work from home. In this role, the coordinator supports the planning and execution of SAP-related and IT projects, including organizing project activities, tracking timelines, and maintaining project documentation. The position involves coordinating meetings, preparing status reports, and assisting with risk and issue tracking to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The coordinator works closely with project managers, consultants, and technical teams to facilitate clear communication, manage stakeholder expectations, and support project governance. Day-to-day responsibilities also include updating project tools, monitoring progress against milestones, and contributing to continuous improvement of project processes.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong project coordination and project management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking deliverables, and supporting project governance.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in information technology, liked with exposure to SAP based systems.Candidates should possess well-developed analytical skills to interpret data, identify issues, and support informed decision-making.Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field are beneficial.Experience working in a consulting, mining, or industrial environment, and familiarity with SAP projects, is an advantage.Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel, Teams) are desirable.Ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid team, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
